The BEST contractor with gifted blessed hands!! I highly recommend MJM Construction. Marlon and his team did a phenomenal job with my commercial tenant shell improvement. He and his crew was extremely detail oriented and able to solve complex problems with ease, professionalism and friendly approach. Their initial quotation of laying out clearly stated the cost of the project phases. One of the best things about dealing with MJM Construction was their ability to work with the City Planning Department, the County, and water department. At all times, Marlon stayed in constant contact via text, e-mail or phone call.Marlon took care of ALL permits, engineering and EVERY aspects of getting ready for the building phase. His ability to keep the work site tidy was a plus which made me happy. The project was completed in the quoted time with no additional surprise costs in which I very much appreciated.I now have a beautiful muffin brick & mortar shop thanks a million to MJM Construction.
