Our Leadership
Marlin Brown Sr., a devoted family man with a God-given talent for skilled craftsmanship, began his journey as a handyman for a church in the Inland Empire. His exceptional ability and keen attention to detail quickly caught the eye of a local business owner, who recognized his potential and took him on as an apprentice.

Determined to refine his skills, Marlin pursued formal training in trade school, eventually earning the title of master carpenter. Fueled by a vision to create a lasting legacy for his family, he founded Brown Construction—a venture that would later evolve into MJM Construction. The name reflects the collaboration between Marlin and his sons, Marlin Jr. and Joseph, symbolizing a family tradition built on integrity, expertise, and dedication to excellence.
